Who we are

This website is operated by Gustavo Ortiz Aguilar, who provides salary negotiation coaching for job offers, raises and promotions. Contact: gortizaguilar14@gmail.com.

What we collect

• The information you enter in the eligibility form: your name, email address, state, employer details, the organization you are negotiating with, your role and a description of your situation and deadline.
• Campaign tags in the page address (for example, which advertisement you clicked), stored with your form submission.
• If advertising measurement tools are active on this website, the advertising platforms (Meta and Google) may receive information about your visit through cookies or similar technologies, such as the pages you view and whether you submitted the form.

How we use it

• To review your request for conflicts of interest and decide whether we can accept the engagement.
• To reply to you and, if you proceed, to deliver the coaching.
• To measure which advertisements bring useful inquiries.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with your employer or with the organization you are negotiating with.

Service providers

Form submissions pass through Web3Forms and arrive in a Google Gmail inbox. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which logs technical data such as IP addresses for security and operation. If Meta or Google advertising tools are active, they are configured not to collect what you type into the form. If you book a call or pay a fee, the scheduling and payment providers process the information needed for that purpose.

How long we keep it

If we do not proceed with an engagement, we delete your form submission, including any copies we made to review it, within 90 days. If we do proceed, retention follows the engagement terms.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to the email address above. You can limit advertising cookies through your browser settings and your Meta and Google advertising preferences.
